Platter’s Wine Guide 2021
We are pleased to announce that two of our wines were awarded the coveted 5 star-rating for the 2021 edition.
Our iconic Bordeaux-style blend, the Paul Sauer 2017, and the Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 were the recipients once again.
This is the second year in a row that both of these wines received this prestigious accolade, and further cements our reputation as one of the top producers of Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet based blends in South Africa.
